Вітаю! Коміксо простір, це ще незоренна рілля, в яку можна сіяти різні ідеї і концепції. Пропоную дописувачам групи запропонувати своє бачення - що ви очікуєте від вітчизняних авторів? Які концепції ідей вас найбільше приваблюють?
В основному на вітчизняному ринку коміксів домінує тема козаків, журнал ЧБ, розвиває тему стімпанку, а незліченні художники малюють історії що висвітлюють повсякденне життя з його парадоксами.
Отож пропоную висловити свої ідеї і своє бачення тих тем, на які необхідно звернути увагу авторам не лише коміксів а й анімації та кіно)))

Media in general is experiencing something kind of new. I'm not sure how to quantify "Too Much", but the sheer quantity of it creates an atmosphere which seems to hamper learning.

Stories are how we define our reality. They're powerful. Any strong story teller knows this, both instinctively and intellectually.

I think of it as the cultural campfire we all sit around, sharing the myths of our times. What does it take to become a Man or a Woman? What does it mean to be a Good Friend? How should we treat children? How should we regard nature? What does it mean to be a success? What is bravery? What is Real? What should I pay attention to? In short, What Is Appropriate Behavior?

I think our desire for stories must come from some built in genetic/spiritual yearning, placed there in order that we manage life effectively. -I theorized long ago when faced with the question, "Why did Star Wars blow everybody away when it was new, but years later, people laughed at the storm trooper who banged his head? Or made fun of Luke for being a whiner. -Why didn't we see that stuff to start with?"

I think it's because Star Wars was filled with SO much new stuff that our sub-brains were startled into action. "Holy Shite This is New! This looks real and important! I'd better absorb and understand this New Information or risk failing my survival of the fittest drives!" And our automatic selves react to this by making the absorption on information feel good. Stories are Fun. -Not through text books; those are far too new. Through Stories; that's what our race invented and became powerful with so much longer ago.

We like stories because they teach us.

Anecdote: I knew a guy who went off one Summer to live in the mountains for a few months. Zero human contact. The only evidence of humanity was a train, miles away which he would watch cut its course through the mountains and take twenty minutes to cross from one side of his world to the other, the sound reaching him at the speed of slow.

He said that after so long without media stimulus, the book he had with him, (I think it was a copy of War & Peace), had en effect upon him like nothing he'd ever experienced before in his memory. When he read it, he said it was almost like a hallucinatory drug. Full color, full reality. The people and events in it filled his world nearly to the point of overwhelming him.

I've not had an experience like that in a very long time, if ever.

Media saturation changes how we absorb information.

And many stories today are told by people who haven't.., earned(?) the right to be seated the seat of focus by the fire. They don't know what they're talking about. They're repeating nonsense.

The giant media corps, or the people driving them perhaps, have learned that they can *change* human culture to their benefit simply by holding the dominant megaphones before society's senses. In politics, this is called Propaganda, but it has a much wider scope than just that. There's a TV show for everyone, telling them how to behave, and our secret minds absorb it all, even though they hold the the same spiritual nutritional value of a bag of Doritos.

Are young writers a good thing? Sure. I will never tell people not to explore the craft of story-telling or comics drawing.

Should they all become professionals?

God, No.

It seems to me that more than half the apparent work creators (old and young) put forth isn't spent on the craft itself, but in trying to game-theory their way toward the spot light, when most of the time their work is, literally, not worth reading.

Our world, however, being so heavily founded on the restrictive ultra-competitive Make-Money-Or-Die model means that people want to get jobs in fields they love. This equals a glut of desperate 'talent' and a very low signal to noise ratio.

And so once again. . . when I look at the root of the issue, I find myself blaming the Banking cartels.

Ха-ха! Оце я вояка! Я сам служив у війську але особливої уваги на це не звертав))) Ну не люблю я заморочуватись зі званнями, документами, інструкціями, правилами))) Добре що лейтенант у мене з двома зірочками))

Та я сам вже замучився, постійно для сайту коміксів доводиться окремо перезберігати, зменшувати розмір...Шукати оптимальний варіант.
